業務内容:

We are seeking a highly organized bilingual personal assistant fluent in both English and Japanese.

英語と日本語の両方に堪能な、整理整頓が得意なパーソナルアシスタントを募集しています。

Responsibilities / 主な業務:

• Manage daily schedules and appointments
  
  日々のスケジュール管理やアポイント調整

• Assist with business communications and translation
  
  ビジネス連絡や翻訳サポート

• Draft emails, documents, and reports in English and Japanese
  
  英語・日本語での文書作成、レポート作成

• Handle errands, travel planning, and reservations
  
  各種手配、出張・旅行計画の補助

• Coordinate with Japanese and foreign clients
  
  日本人および外国人との連絡・調整

Qualifications / 応募条件:

• Fluent in English and Japanese (読み・書き・会話)
  
  英語・日本語に堪能（読み書き・会話力）

• Strong communication and time-management skills
  
  優れたコミュニケーション能力と時間管理能力

• Discretion and professionalism
  
  秘密保持とプロ意識

• Computer proficiency (email, Word, Excel)
  
  PCスキル（メール、Word、Excel）

Preferred / 歓迎条件:

• Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  
  秘書やアシスタント経験者優遇

• Driver’s license
  
  普通運転免許保持者
