Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR team in a full-time, on-site office role.
This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure accurate, timely weekly payroll for 18 locations across 8 states.
This is a junior-level payroll specialist position and is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build payroll expertise with support and guidance from experienced team members. As one of two team members supporting weekly payroll operations, you will play a key role in processing field commission payroll, maintaining records, and conducting audits.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and takes pride in delivering accurate payroll support.
