DutiesWork onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are metRecruit associates for specific functions within the site locationActively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floorConduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shiftCoach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnoverCreate and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.Assist with recruiting when needed.QualificationsPrior recruiting experiencePrior customer/client facing interactionProficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on ExcelFlexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessaryPrevious experience within the light industrial industry preferredHigh energy with positive team focused attitudeSense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with a diverse group of peopleBilingual Spanish/English requiredAbacus Staffing.
