Ellie Mental Health – St. Charles is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team.
We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, and we strongly encourage Spanish-speaking/bilingual clinicians to apply as we continue expanding access to mental health services throughout St. Charles and the surrounding communities.
At Ellie, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported. Our clinic is designed to reduce administrative burden, encourage clinical autonomy, and provide therapists with the resources, flexibility, and team support they need to focus on what matters most—providing excellent client care. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

We provide individual and couples counseling, child, teen and family therapy, medication management, psychological testing and evaluation, ARMHS & CTSS, embedded programming & organizational mental health support, and additional customized services both in-office and in-home. We are proud to be able to serve communities across Minnesota via online therapy and medication management services.
Each of our counselors, therapists, psychologists and practitioners bring their unique experience, passion, specialty and personality to therapy, and all understand the power and importance of human connection and good relationships in the process of healing and self-discovery.
