What You'll Be Doing

The Medical Scribe supports healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR). The Scribe allows providers to focus on patient care while ensuring clinical documentation is complete and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document patient visits, medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR.
  • Accurately record information provided by the physician or healthcare provider.
  • Assist with reviewing and organizing patient charts and medical records.
  • Enter orders, diagnoses, medications, and other clinical information as directed.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and follows office procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
  • Perform other administrative or clinical documentation duties as needed.

Monday-Wed 8am-6pm (West New York)

Friday 8am-4pm (Secaucus)

Saturday 8am-2pm (West New York)

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous medical scribe experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
