We're Hiring: Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Admin (Behavioral Health)

Are you a bilingual healthcare professional with excellent communication and administrative skills? We're looking for a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Admin to support a growing Behavioral Health practice.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographics
• Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and professionally
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Compensation

• $6.00/hour for the first 90 days
• $7.00/hour after 90 days

Payment Details

• Payment Cycle: Biweekly
• Payment Method: PayPal or Payoneer (must have a fully verified account)

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Virtual Assistant, or Healthcare Administrative Assistant is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage
• Must be amenable to using Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Computer Requirements

• Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
• At least 256 GB SSD
• Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+
• HD webcam and noise-canceling headset

Internet Requirements

• Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• 100 Mbps or higher recommended
• Stable fiber internet connection with low latency
• Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) preferred
