Job Description

TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm committed to providing innovative, cost-effective, constructible designs for the global infrastructure market. With over 3,000 employees throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe, the firm provides support on projects of varying size and complexity. Together, we enhance conventional designs with smarter, more resilient systems. We provide people with better mobility. We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.

At TYLin, we don’t just design infrastructure—we solve some of the world’s most complex engineering challenges. From transportation networks to water systems and iconic buildings, our work connects communities and improves lives globally.

We’re looking for a Bilingual Marketing Pursuit Specialist to join our Pursuits + Marketing Team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming technical expertise into compelling, client-winning proposals. If you’re equally comfortable managing deadlines and crafting polished narratives in both English and French, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

As a key partner to technical teams and marketing leadership, you’ll play a central role in winning new business across Canada:

  • Lead and support proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, and RFSQs—from kickoff through final submission

  • Craft compelling content including executive summaries, cover letters, resumes, and project narratives

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging

  • Manage timelines and keep pursuits on track, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality

  • Edit and refine documents for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand consistency

  • Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and award submissions

  • Maintain and enhance marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, boilerplate content) in the company database

  • Research clients and markets to strengthen proposal strategies

  • Facilitate debriefs to continuously improve win strategies and processes

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communications

  • Background in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services is a strong asset

  • Proven ability to analyze RFPs and craft strategic, high-quality responses

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines without missing a beat

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Experience with InDesign and familiarity with CRM tools or AI applications

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)

Why TYLin?

  • Work on meaningful, large-scale infrastructure projects that shape communities

  • Be part of a collaborative, global team that values innovation and creativity

  • Grow your career in a company known for technical excellence and industry leadership

  • Contribute directly to winning work and driving business growth

If you’re a detail-driven storyteller who enjoys turning ideas into winning proposals—and you’re ready to make your mark in a global engineering firm—we’d love to hear from you.
