Job Description

๐Ÿง  Licensed Mental Health Therapist ( Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Remote โ€“ Must Hold Active Illinois License
๐Ÿ•’ Schedule: 15โ€“36 sessions per week (Part-time hours up to 22 sessions/weekly- Full-time hours up to 36 sessions/weekly)
Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PMโ€“9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: $45โ€“$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

๐Ÿงฉ What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth

  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments

  • Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR

  • Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination

  • $45โ€“$65 per billable hour (based on license)

  • Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Experience serving children, teens, and families

  • Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
