Job Description
We're seeking a skilled IT professional to provide implementation, support, and maintenance for network and infrastructure environments. This role involves working with various technologies and requires strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft core business applications and virtualization environments (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware)
- Implement and support Microsoft Server technologies
- Monitor and resolve issues for WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security products
- Manage support tickets and document resolutions professionally
- Interface with clients and vendors to implement projects and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve services
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients
- Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
- Experience with networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) preferred
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CCA) desired
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN operations and protocols
- Adaptability and quick learning ability
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Frequent travel within Southern California required
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed
- Flexible work schedule to support 24/7 operations
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and heavier items with assistance
- Willingness to perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
