The Bilingual Institutional Wealth 401(k) Education Services Consultant II is primarily responsible for educating and motivating retirement plan participants on their respected retirement plan, to help them participate and save for retirement. The incumbent in this position will consult with clients to create and manage education campaigns, create power point presentations, videos, handouts and various communication pieces as well as presenting to groups of employees either in person, webinar or a combination of both. Some travel may be required based on client locations. This individual will also be working with internal partners (Client Advisor and Relationship Managers) to coordinate and manage the relationship efficiently and effectively.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will conduct live, interactive, multimedia education and training seminars, workshops, and one-on-one meetings with BOKF Plan Sponsors, Relationship Managers, Education Consultants, and Plan Compliance.
  • You will research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the individual client’s plan provisions and investment options in preparation for conducting the seminar.
  • You will create and update existing education campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and other communication pieces.
  • You will provide summaries and analysis of the meetings held by the team. You will keep track of meetings held and provide quantifiable metrics of the effectiveness of the meetings. You will provide periodic reports to leadership and internal partners.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and 5-7 years of experience in communications, investments or marketing or 9-10 years of equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED: Professional Trainer Certification, Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant, Licensed Financial Consultant

Candidates must meet minimum language requirements in designated second language.
