  • Participate in high-level solution design and estimation processes, then work closely with the development team to define functional specifications, clarify requirements on a daily basis, and remove obstacles (including non-functional requirements)

  • Break down development elements into small features that benefit users, in collaboration with the software product owner (PO)

  • Design intuitive solutions in accordance with the solution architecture and technical roadmap, while adding real value for users

  • Provide precise and comprehensive acceptance criteria to the quality assurance team, and work with them to ensure that the detailed design is well understood and deliverables are of high quality

  • Produce documentation for the user community (release notes, guides, etc.) and communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Continuously maintain and optimize systems

  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of relevant business analysis experience

  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Knowledge of SQL databases (concepts, relationships, basic queries)

  • Understanding of Web/API services and system integrations

  • Experience with agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent)

  • Concrete experience collaborating with quality assurance teams, including writing detailed acceptance criteria and understanding test scenarios

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic experience with payroll and accounting systems

  • Curiosity about artificial intelligence and interest in adopting AI tools (copilots, etc.) in your daily work

  • Ability to propose improvements and optimizations based on AI

What's In It For You

  • Join a team that values autonomy, resourcefulness and mutual respect

  • Contribute directly to critical systems that impact hundreds of thousands of users

  • Develop expertise in complex enterprise systems and AI, with mentoring and leadership opportunities

  • Work with modern tools (Azure DevOps, AI, etc.) and world-class infrastructure

  • 100% remote work with the flexibility to manage your time and priorities responsibly

  • Access to a comprehensive range of benefits (vacation, insurance, retirement plan, etc.)

  • Shape long-term technical strategy and mentor team members

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
