Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co-founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn’s own journey of healing through nutrient-dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.
Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.
We’re a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time.
If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

At Paleovalley, we believe health starts with what you put in your body, and we believe real food still matters. Our company was founded by Dr. Autumn Smith and Chas Smith after their own personal journey of healing and discovering the transformative power of nutrition. What began as a passion for ancestral health grew into a mission to help others feel better, live stronger, and take ownership of their wellbeing.
Today, we create nutrient-dense snacks and supplements made with simple, intentional ingredients. From our grass-fed beef sticks to our superfood bars and thoughtfully formulated supplements, we are committed to making products we would proudly give to our own families. We do not cut corners, we do not hide behind trendy marketing, and we do not compromise on ingredient quality. What we make reflects what we believe.
What makes Paleovalley special, though, is not just our products. It is our people. We are a team of thoughtful, driven humans who care deeply about our customers and about building something meaningful together. Our leaders are hands-on and genuinely invested in the company we are creating and the people helping build it. We value integrity, ownership, humility, growth, and doing the right thing even when it is harder. We work hard, we hold a high standard, and we support one another along the way.
We are not trying to be the biggest company in our space. We are focused on being the most trusted. If you are someone who takes pride in your work, wants to grow, cares about health and impact, and is excited to contribute to a mission that truly matters, Paleovalley may be the place for you.
