Job Description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Bilingual HR Coordinator/Recruiter role in Woodland, WA. Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles.
· Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates and employees to support recruiting and HR initiatives.
· Coordinate job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
· Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
· Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administrative functions including compliance and reporting.
· Support employee relations by serving as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Assist with organizing job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
· Help foster a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
