We are looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our Group. The Bilingual Service Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for the Service Manager and Service Operations Supervisor, handling administrative tasks. As a central resource, they maintain clarity, frequency, and accuracy in their work. Their role involves ensuring systematic and conscientious customer service while acting as the primary liaison between internal and external customers. They play a crucial part in scheduling, executing, and completing field service activities promptly, providing timely and accurate reports for the service or sales
