We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating a blender machine used to mix powder-based materials, performing basic production tasks, and supporting warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have basic math skills for weighing and counting materials in pounds, experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, and the ability to operate a stand-up forklift
Pay: $17
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor blender machines used for mixing powder products
Weigh and measure materials accurately using basic math calculations
Load raw materials into blending equipment
Ensure proper mixing procedures and production quality standards
Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and finished products
Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual English / Spanish required
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with stand Up forklift and blender or mixing machines is a plus
Basic math skills (counting, weighing materials in pounds)
Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for long periods during the shift
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
