Job Title: Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager

This is a Full Time Opportunity, Onsite only in West Fort Lauderdale Florida

Salary: 62,000.00-75,000.00 yearly

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, creative, and dynamic professional to join our client's commercial real estate team as a Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in administration, marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the principal broker's schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
• Assist with internal and external communications, including email drafting and proofreading
• Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, and ensure office supplies and materials are stocked
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and videos
• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners on content creation
• Analyze social media metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 4+ years of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools
• Basic experience in digital content creation and social media management
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
