Job Description

The Bilingual Customer Value Agreements (CVA) Administrator provides end-to-end administration, planning, and operational support for Customer Value Agreements (CVAs). The role ensures accurate contract setup, maintenance planning, billing, renewals, reporting, and compliance while delivering responsive support to customers and internal stakeholders.

$53,125 to $66,407.5

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

  • Administer CVA contracts, including registrations, amendments, renewals, transfers, and closeouts.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules based on contract requirements, equipment utilization, and service intervals.
  • Monitor upcoming maintenance events and support branches in scheduling and completing work on time.
  • Review and process contract billing, rate adjustments, invoicing, and billing corrections.
  • Monitor contract performance, expirations, and renewal opportunities.
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with customers, Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze data to support business decisions and improve contract performance.
  • Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, training, and the development of process documentation and best practices.

Must-haves for this role:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in contract administration, maintenance planning, billing, customer service, or business operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
