As a Bilingual Loan Specialist, you'll build customer relationships, process loan applications, provide exceptional service, and help customers access the financial products they need. You'll also support branch operations and contribute to the growth and success of the office.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with loan applications and approvals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote loan products and additional services
• Process payments and maintain accurate account records
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account status
• Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Sales, collections, banking, retail, or finance experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
