Join Our Team!

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing Department, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance, and providing a positive customer experience.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues with precision and care
  • Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy and efficiency
  • Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
