About the Role

Clarion Medical Technologies is committed to building customer relationships for life by delivering innovative medical solutions that improve the lives of our customers and their patients. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Consumables to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

The CSR role is responsible for the coordination and processing of all incoming customer requests for orders, returns, tracking, credits and for accurately processing all promotional transactions while meeting both Customer’s requests and Clarion’s own service level expectations. This is accomplished by efficiently understanding, utilizing and maintaining Clarion’s data base and ensuring that all records, transactions and documentation are processed on-time and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma is required. Post-secondary degree/diploma in any discipline would be an asset
  • Fluent in both French and English; verbally and written
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office; Great Plains would be an asset
  • 3+ years Customer Service experience; medical field would be an asset
