Job Description

Hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Remote)

  • Long Term Contract with Possible Temp to Perm Opportunity

Pay Rate:

  • Spanish - $17/hr
  • Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, Korean - $18/hr

Location:

  • Candidates must be located in EST time zone states (SD, ND, MN, NE, FL, TN, IA, TX, IN, IL, SC, MA (Remote)
  • Projects Hours: Must be available and willing to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST and Sat 10am – 6pm EST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls related to healthcare enrollment and support services
  • Assist clients with plan selection, enrollment, and general inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 2 years of call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Must be fluent in English and designated bilingual language
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Basic computer knowledge required

Assessments Required:

  • Typing Assessment
  • Computer Literacy Assessment

Work Schedule:

  • Must be flexible to work Monday through Friday and possible Saturdays within EST business hours

Mandatory Training:

  • 4 weeks of full-time training required
  • Training: Candidate must be available for 30-days (4 weeks) of FULL TIME MANDATORY TRAINING 8:30-5:00pm EST.
  • Post Training Schedule:
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Windows 10 computer or laptop
  • Wired USB headset with microphone
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • Chromebooks and Bluetooth headsets are not permitted
  • Typing (35 wpm) and basic computer skills, COMPUTER LITERACY (70%) assessment are required. Provide the scores on the candidates resume under their name. Benefits information
