Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Bilingual Creative Copywriter to produce engaging and compelling content in English & Arabic. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing creative concepts and crafting persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences across various channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
  • Write clear, concise, and impactful copy for advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other promotional materials in English and Arabic
  • Develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that effectively communicate the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Adapt tone, style, and messaging to suit different cultural nuances and language preferences.
  1. Translation and Localization:
  • Translate copy from English to Arabic and vice versa while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
  • Localize content for target markets, ensuring that messaging resonates with local audiences and adheres to cultural sensitivities and linguistic conventions.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, art directors, designers, and account managers to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaign concepts, taglines, and storytelling.
  1. Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and cultural influences, leveraging insights to inform content development strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or creative environment.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English and Arabic with demonstrated writing and translation skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles and content formats.
  • Social media savvy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Saudi national preferred
