About the role

We're looking for a Bilingual Content Writer who is excited to make a meaningful impact from day one.

In this role, you'll create engaging, high-quality content that helps veterinary professionals discover, understand, and get the most out of CoVet. English will be your primary writing language, with most of your work focused on our core markets, including North America and Oceania.

This is a hands-on writing role where you'll also create and adapt content in a second language (French, Spanish, Italian, or another language) to help us connect with veterinary teams across our global markets. Your content should feel natural and relevant to local audiences rather than read like a direct translation. The markets you support will depend on your additional language skills.

You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Localisation to develop content that educates audiences, supports business growth, and strengthens CoVet's presence internationally.

From SEO-driven articles and educational resources to customer stories, campaigns, and product messaging, your writing will help veterinary professionals reclaim valuable time in their day.

Exciting Opportunities in this Role

• Create engaging, SEO-driven content, including website pages, blog articles, comparison and solution pages, and educational and continuing-education resources for veterinary professionals.
• Write and adapt content in English and a second language, ensuring messaging feels natural, relevant, and culturally appropriate for local markets.
• Develop customer stories, case studies, email and lifecycle campaign copy, social media content, sales enablement resources, and partner and event materials.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives by creating landing pages, feature announcements, and localised in-app messaging and product copy where needed.
• Collaborate with the Content team to plan content calendars, share knowledge, and maintain consistent messaging across regions.
• Partner with Sales, Enterprise, and Partnerships to develop materials that support account conversations and partner activities in English and your second-language markets.
• Work with Product Marketing, Lifecycle and Performance Marketing, and Design to create launch materials, campaign content, and engaging visual communications.
• Work closely with Localisation to align on terminology, workflows, and quality standards across markets.
• Research technical and veterinary topics alongside veterinary professionals and internal experts to ensure content is accurate, credible, and engaging.
• Manage a steady flow of content requests from across the business, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, terminology, and messaging across English and second-language materials.
• Apply SEO best practices and contribute to the growth of CoVet's organic visibility and educational programmes.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement, with success measured through output, quality, turnaround times, organic performance, and how effectively content supports commercial teams in-market.

Qualifications

We're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.

• Native or near-native English writing proficiency, with professional fluency in at least one additional language, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, and the ability to write for a professional audience.
• Proven experience in content writing, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills across multiple formats and channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and writing content that supports organic growth.
• Experience adapting and localising content for different audiences and markets, beyond direct translation.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content.
• Experience writing for B2B SaaS, healthtech, medtech, AI, or other technical industries is an asset.
• Familiarity with veterinary, animal health, or clinical content is an asset.
• Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, translation management platforms, or lifecycle and email copywriting is an asset.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and your second language is a plus.
