LIFE Senior Services – Adult Day Health (ADH) Program
Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and adults with developmental disabilities? LIFE Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and energetic Bilingual ADH Aide to join our Adult Day Health team. In this hands-on role, you'll support independence, provide personal care, and lead enriching social and therapeutic activities that brighten each participant’s day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities including feeding, showering, toileting, and mobility.
• Engage participants in structured and unstructured activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Foster participation, social interaction, and inclusion—especially for those who may be withdrawn or isolated.
• Monitor and document attendance, activity participation, health needs, and incidents.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for participants and staff.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to create a team-oriented workplace.
• Uphold all agency policies, safety protocols, and care standards.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Current Oklahoma Long Term Care Aide certification required.
• Must obtain/maintain valid First Aid, CPR, and Tulsa County Food Handlers certifications upon hire.
• Desire to work with older adults and/or developmentally disabled young adults.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., push 200 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods.
