As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to the company’s quality standards.

Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential for supporting employees, addressing client needs, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and support cleaning staff.
  • Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleaning and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate the restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with clients.
  • Respond to and resolve client questions, concerns, or service-related issues.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
  • Prepare reports regarding cleaning activities, employee performance, incidents, and other relevant issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment based on respect, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

✅ Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Proven supervisory experience; experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
