The Child and Adolescent Therapist Intern will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and case management to referred clients ages 6 to 25 years old within the outpatient clinic in-person (in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago) and via telehealth. The intern will provide person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to individuals diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
Interns are eligible for $1,000 total in stipend funding, allocated through grant funding by the Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation and Trilogy's Chicago Youth Mental Wellness Project: Strengthening a Bilingual Spanish Workforce.
