Job Description

Join the dynamic team at OneTouch Direct as a Bilingual Call Center Sales Agent! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking skilled individuals who can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will play an essential role in driving sales while helping our clients find tailored solutions to their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Utilizing your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, ensuring everyone receives outstanding support.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products to meet those needs through consultative selling techniques.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve individual and team sales goals, fostering a positive and supportive sales environment.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is highly desirable, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is important.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns empathetically and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, striving to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.

Benefits

  • Salary: 2.850.000 COP+ uncapped commission. Bi-weekly payment through your savings account Bancolombia or Davivienda, the payment is made according to the payroll cut-offs).
