We are pursuing Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants for immediate hire on our Sales Team! Our dealership is full of employees who have been in the industry for decades and our management team is incredibly supportive and embraces promoting from within.
The Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant is a high-energy and highly fulfilling position. Your ability to establish long-term relationships with our clients while chasing down new leads drives our Sales Department. You would be spending the majority of your time assisting our clients and helping them through the buying process. The ideal Car Sales Representative/Consultant is going to be motivated by results and happy to help others.
Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities
- Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

- Driver’s License.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- - Automotive sales experience is NOT required.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Under Ryan's leadership, the company now operates 40 dealerships, including the recent additions of Honda World and Olympia Kia Subaru. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
