Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Greensboro, NC

We’re hiring a Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants outstanding work-life balance, a four-day workweek, and the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a well-established outpatient practice.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to adult patients ages 17 and older. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team with dedicated administrative time that can be completed remotely. You’ll practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, a growing community known for its parks, restaurants, affordable cost of living, and convenient access to Charlotte and Raleigh.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina
• You have at least one year of primary care experience
• You are fluent in Spanish
• You’re comfortable performing minor office procedures or are interested in expanding those skills
• You enjoy relationship-based outpatient primary care and working as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $105,000–$150,000
• Profit sharing: Typically $15,000–$20,000 annually
• Health insurance: Employer pays 85%
• Dental & vision insurance: Employer pays 85%
• Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match
• Student loan repayment: $350 per month
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks
• CME: 5 days plus a $1,500 annual allowance
• Clinic closed December 24 through January 2
• DEA and license renewals paid
• Short-term & long-term disability
• Relocation assistance available
