About the role

We are currently seeking a Μοbile App Product Development Associate within our digital product development department. As aΜοbile App Product Development Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and timely release of digital products and services for the Aegean iOS & Android Apps. If you are eager to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, both internal and third parties to document and communicate business requirements and issue resolution to enhance the Mobile app experience, then do not miss the opportunity to apply and make an impact within aviation industry!

What you will do

  • Coordinate the assigned projects for the Mobile App products and services as well as release cycles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Propose and implement enhancements to existing mobile App services to improve performance and user experience
  • Validate the releases using test environments and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) periods
  • Troubleshoot issues across internal teams and vendors daily and during the release process, ensuring the quality of digital services and products
  • Engage in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines and quality standards
  • Report on project progress regularly, evaluate timelines and budget and identify risks and necessary changes and report any deviation by recommending corrective actions
  • Continuously monitor metrics and performance, tracking progress toward targets and propose proactive measures to maintain or improve performance
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical mobile App business plans by analyzing technical requirements and resources and by making proposals
  • Monitor competition and market trends, identify new digital product opportunities and innovative features and propose ways to enhance the mobile App customer experience

You fit, if you cover the following requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional working experience in a related role
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Experience in project management or familiarity with a project-based approach will be highly preferred
  • Understanding the technical, business and marketing aspect of mobile products & services
  • Developer background and/or experience in mobile development will be considered an asset
