Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Report changes in client condition to the nursing team
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred)
• CNA experience welcomed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Excellent communication and time management skills
