Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a dependable, organized Home Health Aide with office skills to support clients and assist our home care office team.

What You'll Do
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, daily routines, and companionship.
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as directed.
- Follow each client's care plan and report changes or concerns.
- Complete accurate visit notes and support client safety and independence.
Office Responsibilities
- Answer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Support scheduling, applicant follow-up, and onboarding tasks.
- Communicate with caregivers and office staff.
- Help the team manage daily administrative needs.
What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide certification and caregiving experience preferred.
- Basic computer, email, and data entry skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
- Reliable transportation to client homes.
- Ability to protect confidential client and employee information.
Experience as an HHA, caregiver, CNA, receptionist, or administrative assistant? Your skills could be a great fit.
