What You'll Do

In the Community

• Provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Promote client safety, comfort, and independence

In the Office

• Answer phones and assist clients and caregivers professionally
• Assist with scheduling and staffing support
• Complete documentation and data entry accurately
• Maintain employee and client records
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative projects
• Communicate with caregivers, nurses, and office staff
• Support daily office operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification preferred and/or CNA
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Reliable transportation
