Summary:
Responsible for achieving all standards for food preparation, cooking and cash handling.
Essential Functions
- Provides courteous service to all Guests and Team Members.
- Converses with Guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addresses complaints or concerns.
- Maintains stock in kitchen and restocks food stations as needed.
- Ensures proper food preparation in accordance with menu specifications.
- Date and label each and every item in coolers
- Clean and organize the reach-in cooler and freezer.
- Maintain and wear uniform correctly and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
- Effectively operates point of sale (POS) system and cash register.
- Ensures all functional duties associated with this job are performed according to established company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for answering all questions about menu items, specials, and prices.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area and handles all food/beverage in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:
- Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods (up to 5 hours).
- Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess the ability to access all areas of the kitchen, the ability to move frequently & freely about facility.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs. without restriction.

QualificationsRequired:
- Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
Preferred:
- (6) Six months prior serving/customer service experience.
- (6) months cash handling experience
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Washington State food handlers card
- Non-Gaming Class II
