Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and maintenance of data ingestion, data foundation, data warehouse, and reporting for overseas advertising systems.
Drive performance and cost optimization of big data processing platform components within the overseas advertising ecosystem.
Develop and optimize streaming data pipelines and batch processing workflows for overseas advertising systems.
Conduct data analysis on overseas advertising business, identify optimization opportunities for ad performance from data insights, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in big data development.
Deep understanding of big data architectures; proficient in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and other distributed computing frameworks.
Strong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Scala, C++, Go, Java).
Prior experience in data development for ads, recommendation, or search domains is preferred.
Experience in developing or optimizing big data processing platforms is preferred.
Proactive, highly self-driven, with strong resilience under pressure and solid communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a fast learner.
Fluent bilingual proficiency (Chinese/English) to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across China HQ and international markets.
