About the Role

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision.

Implements daily offer development, bids & tender contract development, or contract management processes. Drafts contractual agreements from preparation through execution. Serves as a point-of-contact for internal partners and develops strategic relationships in order to drive bids & tender contracting opportunities for the organization.

Be responsible for managing tender and contract activities to meet targets and fulfill market demands, ensuring the timely submission of bids, and maintaining accurate bid records. Works closely with the sales and marketing organization to ensure smooth operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting managers in implementing policies and procedures that facilitate the administration, negotiation, and management of bids and tender contracts and service agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supports offer development and bids & tender contract negotiations, and administers contracts under general supervision.
• Directing workflow by coordinating pre-sales bids & tender contract activities such as drafting requests for proposals, reviewing and evaluating bids, and preparing responses for due diligence requests.
• Utilizing key performance indicators to evaluate pre-signature and post-signature contract administration and management processes.
• Delivery of operational deliverables as well as ensuring achievement of aligned goals set by leadership within expected standards.
• Understanding and applying Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• University degree
• Effective contract management ensures that all agreements are executed according to terms, mitigating risks and enhancing compliance
• Proficient office administration contributes to the smooth operation of daily activities, optimizing efficiency and resource management
• Understanding regulatory compliance is critical for ensuring that all operations adhere to legal standards and industry regulations
• Implementing effective sales enablement strategies empowers the sales team with the tools and resources they need to succeed
• Providing robust sales support enhances the team's ability to close deals and build strong customer relationships
• Effective tender management involves coordinating and preparing bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with client requirements
• Being detail-attentive allows for the identification of potential issues early, leading to improved quality and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong collaboration and detail-oriented proactivity to execute on deliverables of individual and team goals
• Strategic thinking, analytical thinking, strong communication, customer and result based as well as planning and organizational skills
• Experience in an international company is preferred
• Effective presentation skills
• Fluent English
• Native level of Czech
• Slovak language (both spoken and written) would be considered as benefit
• Good knowledge in MS Office

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00
