Position overview:
The Bids & Tenders and Strategic Pricing Specialistwillbe responsible forend-to-end management of public tenders and commercial offers (Bids & Tenders), while providing analytical and operational support in the definition and execution of pricing strategy for the Electrophysiology (EP) business in Spain.
This role combines strong operational accountability—ensuring theaccurateandtimelypreparation and submission of public tenders and offers—with an analytical and strategic pricing dimension that supports the competitiveness and profitability of the business.
The position will serve as a key coordination point across multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the business unit strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Bids&Tenders
Managethe full process for the preparation and submission of commercial offers and public tenders within the EP business in Spain.
Coordinatewith relevant stakeholders to collect andvalidateall required documentation.
Ensureaccurateandtimelysubmission of offers in full compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements.
Maintainstructured tracking of tenders to ensure traceability and effective document control.
Identifypotential risks in the process and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Pricing (Analysis and Pricing Management)
Conductdata and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions for commercial offers and tenders.
Ensureaccurateupload and maintenance of pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems.
Reviewpricing consistency and coherence, identifying discrepancies or deviations.
Leadthe resolution of pricing issues in coordination with relevant teams, including Sales and Finance.
Contributeto pricing optimization in line with business strategy and the competitive landscape.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Support
Serveas a key point of contact across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Facilitatecommunication and alignment throughout tender processes and pricing decisions.
Supportbusiness leaders in the preparation of strategic offers.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
Ensurecompliance with internal processes, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintaina high levelof accuracy and quality across all managed documentation.
Recommendimprovements to Bids & Tenders and pricing processes to enhance efficiency and control.
MinimumRequirements:
Knowledge of, orpreviousexperiencein,the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry.
3–5 years of prior experience in similar roles, such as Bids & Tenders, pricing, commercial operations, or advanced administrative support.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, ora relatedfield, or equivalent professional experience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€43.600,00 - €70.150,00
