Coordinate all cross functional engagements related to bid planning, effectively influencing support teams to bring the best resources, to ensure bid success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Consolidates all the documents required for submission to Government and Corporate bids and RFPs
Retrieves bid securities/bonds
Archives bid/RFP documents and bid/RFP responses
Prepares responses to various customer accreditation requests
Coordinates with internal groups for the appropriate responses to the information required in accreditation
Tracks reports for bids and accreditation opportunities
Completes Bid/RFP/RFQ kits/documents
Updates bid requirements based on clarification with the client
Archive of readily available responses for use in RFQ/ RFP/ Bids/Accreditation
Daily reporting on bids opportunities / results, and accreditation requests
Promotes collaborative teamwork to accomplish tasks within set timeline
Thinking and acting with the team to deliver great customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of work experience
Experience in bid management, going through the end-to-end bid process
Preferably with extensive understanding on commercial and technical side of business
Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
Bachelor's Degree
