LIFE AS A THALES BID & PROJECT MANAGER
As a Bid & Project Manager within Thales, you will:
Ensure support to manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
Grant contribution to manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement
Ensure support and contribution to harmonization and standardization of the executive reporting
Partecipation to major Program Reviews and Bid Gates
Ensure support to bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS and Master Schedule.
Contribute to monthly analysis performance highlighting risks, criticalities and contributing to define corrective actions and relevant plans;
Contribute to documentation
Manage Risks & Opportunities: capability of elaboration and maintenance of the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
