Media & Digital Transformation is at the core of P&G brand building. Your role will be to translate business and brand growth objectives into integrated communication strategies that accelerate consumer demand, strengthen brand equity and maximize business outcomes; acting as the strategic connector between Brand, Media, Commerce, Influencer, Analytics and Agency partners so that all consumer touchpoints work together as a unified ecosystem.

As a Biddable Specialist you will:

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, and Google Ads, translating approved media strategies and campaign inputs into accurate platform activation setups.
  • Configure and maintain campaign parameters including objectives, buying models, budgets, audiences, placements, scheduling, bidding strategies, creative assets, destination URLs, tracking parameters, and measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct campaign quality assurance checks to ensure activations comply with approved plans, platform requirements, tracking standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes, escalating risks where appropriate, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Optimize campaign performance through adjustments to budgets, bids, audiences, placements, creative rotation, automated bidding solutions, pacing tools, and other platform or internal optimization capabilities to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platform reporting, internal dashboards, and relevant reporting tools, tracking KPIs such as reach, impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and Share of Search where applicable.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and consistent reporting, translating performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for media, ecommerce, analytics, and brand teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on platform capabilities, recommending optimal campaign objectives, formats, audience strategies, budget allocation approaches, and activation best practices.
  • Maintain expertise in platform developments, industry benchmarks, emerging features, automation capabilities, and evolving media practices, sharing learnings and scalable best practices with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Use approved tools and technologies, including MediaMax, ISS Autobidder, automation solutions, and reporting platforms, in accordance with business requirements and access permissions.
  • Contribute to structured test-and-learn programs, evaluating platforms, formats, creative approaches, audience strategies, and optimization methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve operational quality, and enhance campaign execution processes.
  • Partner closely with Media Strategists, Brand Teams, Analytics, Ecommerce teams, Agencies, and Platform Partners, providing executional input during planning and maintaining alignment from strategy through activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Communicate campaign performance, actions, risks, and recommendations effectively to both specialist and non-specialist stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is valued, but not mandatory;
  • Have knowledge in paid media, digital advertising, media trading, or performance marketing would be highly valued;
  • Have practical knowledge of at least one major biddable advertising platform and willingness to develop cross-platform expertise would be highly valued;
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Have knowledge of Excel and digital campaign reporting.
  • Have professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
