OUR DIGITAL ACTIVATION TEAM:

All brands under HMN are serviced by a centralised digital activation function - a scaled team of 250+ experts spanning PPC SEO, affiliates, paid social, programmatic and commerce in the UK.

Our Biddable activation team consists of over 60 Programmatic and Paid Social experts. Teams consist of Executives, Managers, Directors and Business Directors – led by a Head of paid social and head of Programmatic.

THE ROLE:

Forward Media is the specialist luxury division within Havas Media Network, offering a unique opportunity to work across globally recognised luxury brands within the LVMH portfolio and help deliver innovative biddable campaigns for some of the world's most prestigious names.

Media planned and bought via demand side platforms revolutionises our industry. Today and with the use of data and technology can we target people with our advertising experiences in an unprecedented and efficient way. Our biddable team function is at the forefront of this technology, and we are looking for an entry level candidate to join our team. Graduate and new industry entrants are a vital part of our team’s growing business, and we are proud to offer one of the best training schemes in the industry. You’ll be working alongside fellow enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious people who are keen to not only develop their knowledge in biddable trading but also to lead the way in its application to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong desire to learn about the relevant demand side platforms (Paid Social & Programmatic)
• Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver plans to set campaign budgets
• Daily campaign optimisation using various tools as well as Excel based data analysis.
• Daily reporting updates to direct team
• Weekly analysis of budget pacing and campaign performance to set KPIs
• Weekly update of on the application of brand safety tools including blocklists
• Weekly reports of consumer insights and performed optimisations
• Service ad hoc reporting requests by direct team members or client planning teams
• Develop optimisation strategies across a variety of advertisers
• Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of line manager
• Show interest and desire for new product testing and implementation
• Develop a basic understanding of the role and services of the media agency as well as the direct partners and suppliers

Who we’re looking for

• A school leaver or graduate with a degree in an analytical-, quantitative-, comms- or marketing related discipline
• Numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation
• Confident and accurate with the English language, speaking and in writing
• Interested in technology and motivated to learn more about new technology developments.
• A keen problem solver
• Good attention to detail and process orientated
• A team player with strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative
• Previous active experience with data processing and analysis platforms (for example in banking sector or during degree projects) desirable, but not required
• You have no issues putting our web camera “on” for remote calls
• An understanding of web delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e.g. cookies, Adservers, http protocols) desirable, but not required
• It is desirable that the candidate has an interest in advertising and can apply innovative thinking when required to develop solutions
