THE ROLE:
This is an exciting position as a Biddable Business Director within Havas MediaNetwork, with a focus on our luxury brand portfolioYou’llbe workingwithsome of our most prestigiousclients, with a strong emphasis on agilityand best in class media delivery,alongsideClient, Data & EngineeringandProduct & Investment teams
Workingwith the Head of Paid Social and Head of Programmatic, you’llsupport thedevelopment ofan innovative proposition across the agency, leading a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists to roll outlearninginitiatives across the client teams and groups, as well as create best practice processes and behaviours You are expected to strategically design and lead Biddable products and implementation for clientsanddrivea truly integrated directionacrossbiddable channels.
You are also expected to work closely with Investment & Trading teamsto deliver commercial and quality targets across all activities, ensuringthat investment on behalf of our clients is commerciallyoptimalwith proprietary products and preferred partners. You should be experienced in audience planning,implementationand measurement, and can comfortably and confidently talk about how tomaintainthe integrity ofaudience segmentations,from planning to buying. You should be a visionary leader, as well as to be fully committed to turn vision into practice, with a deep commercial and operational mindset.
The role is perfect for someone who hasdemonstrateda solid leadership and management in the Paid Social and/or Programmatic industry, with an ambition to develop and use existing knowledge of all communication channels and how they work together within an integrated ecosystem.
You’llbe required totranslate complexbiddable solutions to ourcurrentand potential clients,to support commercial growth through organic opportunities with non-biddable clients anddemonstrateour proposition as part of new business pitches.

A natural leader with 6+ years solid experience and proventrack recordworking with Paid Social and/or Programmaticteams,with strong planning,tradingand operational experience
A greatleaderwho can direct and coach a team of specialists
Excellent communication skills and able to educate internal and external stakeholdersin understanding of the role of Paid Social and Programmatic in the wider media mix,in order toachieve clients’ overarching business objectives
Good storyteller, Great presentation skills and can think creatively
Able to articulate complex matters in a simple and easy-to-understand way
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with many people ofdifferent backgroundsand skill sets
Stakeholder managementexperience(across stakeholders with varying seniority, internally and externally)
In-depth knowledge of all Paid Social and Programmatic tools as well as audience insight tools
In-depth media industry knowledge beyond Paid Social and Programmatic
Experience owning and leading a project from start to finish
