Bid Support Team Leader (Manila)

Role Purpose


The Bid Support Team Lead manages NCC Group’s Manila-based support team, ensuring seamless administrative and content support for global and regional bids. This role ensures that volume-based opportunities and operational tasks are handled efficiently, allowing regional bid teams to focus on strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and coordinate the Manila bid support team.

  • Allocate and monitor tasks related to repeatable bids, document management, and content preparation.

  • Ensure quality and consistency in all bid support deliverables

  • Collaborate with regional bid teams to understand requirements and priorities.

  • Maintain and update bid content libraries, templates, and databases.

  • Track performance metrics for the support team and implement process improvements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


What we are looking for in you


  • 3+ years’ experience in bid support, administration, or operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.


Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience supporting multi-region or global bids.
  • Knowledge of cyber security or professional services bid processes.
  • Familiarity with content management and proposal automation tools.
