Job Description

Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Bid Specialist to play a key role in securing new Social Infrastructure and Facilities Management opportunities across Aotearoa. Based in Christchurch, this role sits within our Strategic Growth team and is ideal for a skilled proposal professional who thrives on turning complex information into clear, compelling submissions.

You’ll work across the full bid lifecycle coordinating inputs, shaping strong written responses, and ensuring submissions are client focused, compliant, and delivered to a consistently high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Managing end to end bid and tender submissions, including planning, coordination, document control, and lodgement
• Developing clear, persuasive proposal content aligned to evaluation criteria and client drivers
• Coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and external partners to meet tight deadlines
• Maintaining bid plans, submission programmes, and version control to ensure quality and compliance
• Undertaking targeted client, asset, and market research to inform bid strategy and response development
• Supporting bid pipeline management, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
• Contributing to high quality case studies, proof points, and reusable bid content

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bid, proposal, or tender coordination role
• Proven ability to independently develop high quality written proposal content
• Strong project coordination, organisational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and bid or CRM systems
• Experience in Social Infrastructure, Facilities Management, or services based environments (desirable)
• Legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
