Job Description

Krüger is Veolia’s water technology expert in the Nordic region and a leading player in the development and implementation of advanced water solutions. We work to ensure sustainable water supply and wastewater treatment through innovative technologies, professional project management, and strong process expertise. We design and engineer plants that deliver sustainable solutions within water and wastewater treatment, both domestically and internationally.

Would you like to help win the projects that shape the future of water solutions?

We are looking for a Bid Project Manager who can drive and coordinate bid processes for complex water and wastewater projects, primarily within public tenders.

You will play a central role in our bid activities, helping to set the direction for how we compete, collaborate, and win, always in close cooperation with your colleagues in the bid team and our skilled specialists.

Your role

As Bid Project Manager, you will lead the bid process from initiation to submission. You will work with a broad portfolio of customer segments within wastewater treatment, treatment plants, and waterworks for both Danish and Norwegian clients. In addition, you will participate in collaborative project models, where early dialogue, trust, and commercial understanding are key to developing the best possible solutions.

You will hold a central coordinating role, bringing together contributions from multiple disciplines and ensuring that technical, commercial, and process-related inputs are combined into one coherent and well-structured bid. You will be responsible for ensuring that pricing, schedules, and key contractual terms align logically and competitively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and coordinating bid processes end-to-end and ensuring timely submission
  • Collecting and structuring technical, commercial, and process-related inputs into a unified proposal
  • Developing winning strategies in close collaboration with colleagues
  • Planning and managing schedules, resources, and milestones throughout the bid process
  • Ensuring high quality and compliance with Krüger’s standards in all bid materials

Qualifications

Who are you?

You have experience with complex bid processes and thrive at the intersection of technology, process, and business. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and ensure progress and quality in bid execution. You are able to maintain overview in complex processes, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure coherence in proposals—even under high pace and tight deadlines.

We imagine that you:

  • Have technical insight, preferably within water, wastewater, or process plants
  • Are able to translate technical input into clear, coherent, and competitive bids
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate naturally across disciplines and stakeholders
  • Have strong commercial understanding and an eye for risk, scope, and competitive parameters
  • Thrive in environments with short deadlines and maintain focus on the overall proposal

As a person, you are curious, proactive, and a strong collaborator—also across disciplines and national borders.

Fluency in Danish or Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively in English is expected.
