  • Serve as Product Owner for the NPI process, ensuring new products and services meet tender, regulatory and commercial requirements at launch

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in tender management, bid management or complex B2B tender environments

  • Strong ability to write, structure and edit high‑quality technical and commercial content

  • Experienced in coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organization

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tenders

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); a Nordic language is a strong advantage
