Our client is a leading international general contractor with a strong presence in the GCC, delivering large-scale infrastructure and marine projects in complex and demanding environments. Known for combining technical expertise with strong execution capabilities, the organization plays a key role in shaping high-value developments across the region.

Based in Dubai, this opportunity is ideal for a bid professional who brings both technical understanding and commercial judgment, and who is motivated by the challenge of securing strategic projects in competitive markets. The position is offered under a local UAE contract

Your Contribution

Leading end-to-end bid management for infrastructure and marine projects, including coastal works, quay walls, and marine civil scope.

Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, and operations functions under demanding tender timelines.

Defining the overall bid strategy, including project positioning, methodology, and delivery approach.

Analyzing client requirements, tender documentation, and technical specifications.

Aligning design, costing, and execution planning into a coherent and competitive proposal.

Identifying and managing technical, commercial, and contractual risks throughout the tender process.

Contributing to pricing strategy, risk allocation, and overall bid competitiveness

Interfacing with clients, consultants, and joint venture partners during the different tender stages.

Ensuring consistency between the proposed solution and the organization’s actual execution capability

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in bid management within infrastructure and/or marine projects
• Background in a general contractor environment
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, Design & Build, and/or EPC frameworks
• Experience working in joint ventures or with international project partners.
• Ability to manage complex tenders under time pressure while maintaining quality and strategic focus.
• Strong technical insight and commercial judgment
• Experience engaging directly with clients during tender phases.
• Proven track record in the Middle East / GCC
• Fluency in French is essential, with a strong command of English
