We have an opportunity for a Bid Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead and drive winning bids for major civil construction projects across Aotearoa New Zealand. • Translate hands-on civil delivery experience into practical delivery methodologies, staging plans and construction approaches with support from our construction subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with multi‑disciplinary bid teams across estimating, engineering, , HSEQ, commercial and legal
  • Work alongside estimating and commercial teams to ensure the technical solution aligns with the pricing strategy

  • Excellent writing, presenting, negotiation and leadership skills - you’re comfortable leading multi‑disciplinary bid and project teams.
  • Sound commercial acumen including NZ forms of contract.
