Job Description

About Sysarb

Sysarb has worked on pay equity since 2005, when we set out to challenge unfair salary practices in Sweden. Today more than 700 organisations, from Swedish municipalities to global enterprises, use our platform to design compensation structures, run pay equity analysis, communicate pay to managers and employees, and report under pay transparency regulation.

The EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU 2023/970) had a transposition deadline of 7 June 2026. Member states are at very different stages: a handful have adopted national law, most are still working on drafts. For employers with people in several countries, that fragmentation is the actual problem, and it is why demand for what we do keeps growing.

We are a Swedish company with a European market focus, operating across 70+ countries, and a founding member of the Pay Transparency Alliance.

What this role is about

We win business in two very different arenas. In Sweden, more than 170 municipalities plus regions and government agencies buy through public procurement. Across Europe, enterprise buyers send us increasingly substantial RFPs, security questionnaires and vendor assessments.

We already have a process that works, and we win tenders with it. Sales drives the dialogue, drafts the response with support from our own AI assistants, and our tech and compliance teams review it before we submit. What the process needs now is an owner: someone who runs our tenders with the clear goal of winning them, and who makes the way we work faster and lighter for everyone involved.

You will not be starting from a blank page. You take over something that is already running, with colleagues who know their part, and you make it better.

Three things that make this role different

  • You take over a process that already works. There is a way of working, a team that knows it, and a track record of wins behind it. Your job is to own it, sharpen it and scale it as we grow in the enterprise segment.
  • You are measured on wins, not on submissions. The point of the role is to win tenders. You build the response that wins, and you make sure we learn something from every outcome.
  • You improve the process together with the people in it. Sales, tech, security and compliance all contribute to every tender today, and it costs them time. You design the way we work so that each of them is asked for the right thing, once, at the right point in the process.

What you will do

  • Run our tenders from qualification to submission with the goal of winning them: requirement matrix, timeline, owners, quality review and delivery on time
  • Decide together with sales leadership where we compete and where we decline, so our effort goes into the tenders we can win
  • Write and sharpen the content that wins, and own the answer library so the same question is never answered from scratch twice
  • Coordinate contributors across sales, tech, security, compliance and legal, finance and customer success, and make their part a light lift rather than a fire drill
  • Keep improving the process together with those teams: better templates, clearer handovers, and AI support where it genuinely saves time, with human review where it has to stay
  • Make sure our answers are accurate, that what we describe matches what the platform does and what we can deliver, without over promising on scope, timelines or compliance outcomes
  • Hand over won tenders to delivery with the commitments documented, and run structured reviews of the ones we lose

We are looking for someone who

  • Has several years of experience leading tenders, bids or proposals in an organisation where many functions contribute
  • Knows Swedish public procurement (LOU/LUF) in practice, not only in theory
  • Has worked on enterprise RFPs, security questionnaires or vendor assessments, or is ready to take that on
  • Writes excellent Swedish and English. Swedish public tenders are answered in Swedish, most enterprise RFPs in English
  • Is a genuinely structured project manager: holds the deadline with many contributors, and chases the last missing answer without becoming a bottleneck
  • Is competitive about the outcome, not only about getting the submission in
  • Uses AI tools comfortably and stays critical of what they produce
  • Has a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, or equivalent experience

An advantage, not a requirement

  • Experience from SaaS, HR Tech, or software sold into regulated environments with heavy compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and with GDPR in a procurement context
  • Knowledge of compensation, pay equity or pay transparency regulation
  • Experience of taking over a tender process and making it more efficient

What we offer

  • Occupational pension (ITP) in line with our collective agreement, with the option of salary exchange
  • Wellness allowance of up to 5,000 SEK per year
  • Full time is 40 hours per week, with a hybrid setup out of our Stockholm office
  • A product with a real purpose: our vision is to create fair employers worldwide

Our commitment to inclusion and a fair process
