Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor all public tenders published in CAIS (Centralized Automated Information System "Electronic Public Procurement"), identify relevant opportunities, analyze tender documentation and requirements, and ensure timely communication of relevant information to the team.
• Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, including planning, follow-up, deadline management and ensuring timely submission of bids.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Service, Technical/Clinical and other relevant functions to ensure all tender requirements are addressed.
• Prepare, coordinate and consolidate all required tender documentation, including company-specific documentation and documents required by the tendering authority.
• Manage the submission of bids through CAIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all applicable tender requirements.
• Apply a strong knowledge of the Bulgarian Public Procurement Act (PPA) to the management of public tenders.

Your qualifications and experience:

• bid management, public procurement, tender administration ,
• is considered an advantage.
• Experience within the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage customer/stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven personality with strong team orientation.
